I got the game logic working a bit better now...
I have 3 lives, and when the player gets killed 3 times a game over message appears, and then the lives are reset to 3 and level 1 map is loaded!
I got some coins to get the players jumping all over the map... taking risks to get a higher score rather than just trying to get to the next level teleport...
speaking of jumping I got the player to have a jumpnoise when he/she/it Jumps... with only 1 sound playing on the initial keypress!!! he makes same noise in the air if the jup key is tapped again... I think I am going to model some little wings on my player sprite, and rather than a jumping noise have a Wing flap sound. (Like ancient Williams game Joust [I wanna do some kind of joust remake!!!!])... have the wings too small to really get airborn... make look like an ostrage, or some other big Semi-flightless bird..
well, now all I got to do is tell the game to Add +1 to the player inventory if the coin max limmit is hit( I might break the sonic/mario trend and give extra guy after only 25 or 50 coins....)
well I was on a roll for a while there, anyone know how i achieve this? perhaps a link to a tutorial or a page number in manual....

after this , I think All Igot to do is whip out 5-100 more levels and the Demo will be ready for release
I will just heep on mapping untill I am sick of it... and am ready to make my industrial/Neo-tokyo Tileset...
